In each instance, I secured my Broker’s license and built a real estate brokerage firm, recruiting and training each agent.

Now that my beloved wife has passed, my focus has shifted to sharing my experience with others—helping property owners, buyers, and those engaged in the field of real estate think more clearly about the decisions they face.
